Common Questions

I can't log in — what should I do?
First, try the Forgot password link on the login page. Check your spam folder for the reset email. If you still can't get in, email us at support@aml-ready.com with your name and the email address you registered with.
I've purchased but haven't received my login details

Individual course ($50): Check your spam folder. The email comes from our Moodle learning platform.

GET-READY Bundle ($250): Bundle accounts are provisioned manually within 4 business hours. If it has been longer than 4 hours during business days, email us with your order details.

How do I enrol my staff? (Bundle customers)
When we provision your bundle, we email you a staff access key and a template email to forward to your team. Your staff use that key to create their accounts and self-enrol. You can then track their progress from your manager dashboard.
